Shannon MacGregor
Counsellor/Therapist, RTC, MTC, CLC, RCS
My goal as a Transpersonal Therapist, is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns, or negative perceptions, that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

Ella Scaglione
Counsellor/Therapist, RTC
It is a privilege to provide client's with a therapeutic experience where client's get to be entirely themselves; client's bring in traumatic experiences, stress, wounding, and difficult memories, but also unique psychological gifts, humour, media references, interests, and passions. Weaving together these heavy and light aspects, building on their strengths, personal philosophies, and aspirations is a cornerstone of my work; it is powerful to witness a client melt into the awareness that, sometimes for the first time in their life, their voice matters to the person across from them. Their trust in me as a therapist is something that is not taken for granted, but honoured and tended to. It is my hope that should we work together, you get to experience a counselling style that makes you feel truly seen; it is my belief that from this place, true emotional growth is possible.

Daniel McMath - Professional Life Coach and Counsellor
Counsellor/Therapist, PCC, RPC-C, NLP Master Practitioner
Welcome, if you are here you have already taken the first and most challenging step. There is no manual to being human, we fight to understand and want to become the best version of ourself. We pursue healthy supportive relationships and environments and want to do well in life. Holistic wealth; the combination of health, understanding, motivation, vitality and lifestyle that is within reach for all of us, but seems hard to grasp all the same. Day in and day out we make choices, even the choices we want to change seem to cycle to no end, they just keep coming round and round and frustration and anxiety rise. Where am I in all of this we might ask? We reach for the stars but feel glues to a spot on the bottoms of our feet or back. Procrastination and worry run our days, or at a minimum key moments we wish were different. Is there truly no manual to being human? Or are we just disconnected from it and could use some trained ears and compassion to help us challenge forward and become what we wish to become.

Heal(ing) Trauma Therapy
Counsellor/Therapist, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Personally, I understand what it is like to grow up in a difficult family which resulted in much trauma. As a young adult, I made a series of problematic choices which included abusive relationships, alcohol and drug abuse, and general neglect of myself. I realized that my trauma was not my fault but healing from it, so that I no longer suffered and passed that suffering onto others, was my responsibility. My wellness journey has been long and hard fought, and continues today and will forever more. The work is necessary, as all healing is possible. My hope is to share both my personal and professional knowledge and experiences with others to help guide them on their own journeys towards their own healing.
