My training is in Depth Psychology, which means that I am interested in the whole person, including thoughts, feelings, somatic symptoms as well as the developing sense of Self. We all need a witness to our pain and I believe that the therapeutic relationship must be one of trust and connection, so I work hard to build a relationship that helps to ease the work of the individuals or couples that I see.
