"I'd like to help you to discover new ways to cope with relationships, anxiety, sex, depression, ADD, addiction, self-esteem, success and more. I want to empower you to be your own therapist. Therapeutic care and support can be a vital component of working through distressing times or situations, working on enhanced relationships with yourself or others, and enhancing your overall sense of well being and life satisfaction. My therapeutic approach is aimed at identifying barriers to your well being and working collaboratively in creating greater understanding and coping with life’s challenges.
My training is in Depth Psychology, which means that I am interested in the whole person, including thoughts, feelings, somatic symptoms as well as the developing sense of Self. I also believe that we are all mirrors for each other and so we are always in relationship in one way or another, with ourselves, nature, and life that is going on all around us. I believe that our wounding occurs in relationships and so does our healing. We all need a witness to our pain and I believe that the therapeutic relationship must be one of trust and connection, so I work hard to build a relationship that helps to ease the work of the individuals or couples that I see.
Psychologist, Ph.D., Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor-II (CADC-II), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Specialist in Anger Management
As a psychologist, my passion lies in helping individuals navigate life's challenges and facilitating their journey towards growth and healing. I believe in the power of therapy to foster self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful change. It is an honor to walk alongside my patients as they explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences in a safe and supportive environment.
I support women to discover lost parts of themselves. Maybe you’ve lost yourself in a relationship or marriage; maybe in the throes of motherhood or in a career that doesn’t feel aligned with your true self. Perhaps you feel crushed by the expectations of your family, culture, or your own demands of perfection. You have an unshakable knowing that there’s so much more to you than the life you’re leading and you can feel the pull of a woman inside of you beckoning to be heard and expressed, but you don’t know how to access her. I am a guide who has traveled these landscapes and feel called to support you in your unique becoming.

Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT
A patient should feel the therapist's genuine interest in him or her, and should gradually come to trust the therapist's open, non-judgmental attitude. My aim is to provide a growth-enhancing environment for patients as we join together to deal with whatever struggles they are experiencing. People in my practice tend to grow in their ability to face the difficulties in their lives. They develop greater confidence in the legitimacy of their wants and needs and in their ability to get those needs met.
I am a license Marriage And Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience with working with individuals to assist with resolving personal conflicts, improving self-esteem, developing healthy relationships and becoming a better person. I have a passion for working with others. I am knowledgeable in many subject and court related matters. I am a podcast host. I believe having a person to talk to that care about people can create a change in one's life. Give me a opportunity to assist with your journey and personal growth. You deserve it.
In life, we travel through the present moment while simultaneously being influenced by the past. At times this may feel confusing, jumbled, frightening or damn-near impossible.
Who am I? What am I doing? Where am I going?
These are just some of the questions we ask ourselves -- the ones that keep us up at night. While I cannot answer these questions for you, through Psychoanalysis I can offer you the space to explore these deep questions and support you through your journey into yourself -- with all its twists and turns.
This is a collaborative process. Together we will take the plunge into your history, wade through experiences and relationship dynamics that have shaped your world, and dream of new possibilities and potentials that have until now remained out of reach.
Psychoanalysis is not easy, but nothing that touches the soul is. To quote Neville Symington, "Psychoanalysis is not for the person who has had a breakdown and just wants to start functioning again, because as the analysis proceeds he may have to revise his whole life and alter it radically. I think that psychoanalysis is for those who have a curiosity about life, but also wish to live it inwardly" (from The Psychoanalytic Experience).
If you wish to explore yourself in-depth and exist as your truest self, I invite you to contact me. I am accepting Clients virtually and in-person in Los Angeles, CA.
