You're feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and drained by the pressures and demands placed on you. You try to make others happy and work as hard as you can, yet you never feel like it's good enough. You never feel "good enough" and you are reminded of that daily. You feel disconnected from your own life and trapped in a cycle of anxiety that can leave you feeling like you're watching your life from the outside, unable to reach in and make a change.

I provide a safe space for clients to process whatever emotions or responses they may be experiencing. I have over 3,500 hours of experience doing therapy with various types of clients. I recently graduated from an MFT program and have enjoyed interacting with a new set of clients. I am particularly interested in working with clients who have had trauma, abuse, or difficulty with life transitions.
