Additionally, I specialize working with teens managing high academic and athletic achievement, those with careers in the performing arts, and university planning to prepare them for their futures. My approach is comfortable and conversational where teens can safely explore their thoughts and feelings about a wide variety of topics. Through therapy teens learn to manage their emotions, become motivated toward goals, and grow into healthy young adults.
