Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW
Happiness is something you deserve and is attainable! Being a therapist is my calling and I have spent most of my life helping people find their best selves. The reality is that it is within your reach. I have found that the human mind can be a negative space if not examined. We form false beliefs and lies about ourselves based off of our of family and or origin life experiences. If we don't actively look at what were saying to ourselves we can be our own worst enemy. Make today the day you stop treating yourself "less than". If we believe were not worth it then we will live a life that reflects that. That is not your purpose in life. I can help you find that person and purpose that your soul yearns for. I am not your typical therapist in that I will share that I have walked this walk. I find this powerful in treatment in that it provides me with insight, compassion and connection with the people I work with. The connection we develop is sacred and the work is an honor for me to be a part of. Quite honestly, if you are ready for change and willing to do the work I can help you get there.

Julia Simmons

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW
Connection, compassion, and courage have led me to where I am today. It has taken me years to carve my own path and come to own my story in a truly authentic way. I founded Integrative Therapy & Coaching because I wanted to create a holistic space in my community where there is no one “right” way to heal. It’s hard to know exactly what you need in times of suffering and struggle, other than just knowing you need help.
