I view therapy as just a learning experience that at times can feel uncomfortable and at other times feel very empowering. I use humor a lot in my sessions because it’s not only fun but also allows for a sense of levity throughout the process. Also, please know that you are the driver of this bus and I am simply your co-pilot.
