ADHD impacts our lives in so many ways, but therapy can help. Together, we can hack your brain to increase motivation. We can find ways to complete tasks that used to take so much energy and effort. We will discover what gets in the way of having the closeness you want in your relationships with others. You can better understand your sensory needs so they don't interfere with the life you want. Lastly, identify ways to rest and relax without feeling guilt.

We all know kids who can’t sit still, who never seem to listen, who blurt out inappropriate comments or don’t follow instructions no matter how clearly you present them. While it’s normal for kids to forget their homework, daydream during class or act without thinking, inattention, impulsivity and hyperactivity are also signs of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder or ADHD. ADHD makes it difficult for a person to inhibit their spontaneous responses, including everything from movement to speech to assertiveness. Some children with ADHD may be constantly in-motion, bouncing off the walls and disrupting others around them. Other children with ADHD may sit quietly, with their attention miles away. There are three primary characteristics of ADHD: Inattentiveness, hyperactivity, and impulsivity, though all three aren’t always prominent in one child.

Rosemarie Manfredi

Psychologist, Psy.D.
As a neuropsychologist, I have extensive experience in the diagnosis and evaluation of ADHD in children, teens, and adults. I earned a certification as an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) in 2020. In my practice, I offer diagnostic evaluations to help determine whether a person has ADHD, as well as more comprehensive evaluations that identify the impact of ADHD on learning, development, and behavior. These more comprehensive evaluations allow me to make specific and individualized recommendations for educational, career, and treatment settings. Additionally, I offer career assessments and guidance for individuals with ADHD in order to help find or craft a career that aligns with their interests, abilities, and skills. Finally, I provide academic and executive function coaching services for adults with ADHD.
