Our Anger Management Counseling services can be conducted during a tele-health video or in person session with a Certified Anger Management Specialist. Our Certified Anger Management Specialist is trained to actively listen to you share your thoughts, feelings, and concerns in a safe private environment. Anger Management classes consist of six sessions that will enable women to learn about their anger, manage their angry feelings and emotions more effectively, develop an anger control plan, identify anger triggers, and strategies to manage anger in a healthy and constructive way. Anger Management Counseling can help eliminate or control troubling symptoms so a person can take control of their anger reactions by developing strategies and techniques to remain calm when provoked by anger.

I will teach you that you anger yourself. Other people may misbehave, but you hold attitudes that lead to your self-defeating angry responses. I will show you how to adopt views that will lead to healthy negative feelings which will allow you to maintain your poise and solve problems with people.
