I work with a wide variety of common and uncommon issues, with adults, teens and children ... non-drug approaches for ADHD; testing and treating children, teens, and adults; using therapeutic techniques and helping parents with children's problem behaviors. I've spent years assessing and treating ADHD and have a deep understanding of a variety of approaches to treat it, including medication, nutritional/herbal, and neurofeedback. I help adults get through depression, anxiety, relationship and work problems, and to move from getting out of a problem to enhancing and finding meaning and engagement in life. I have been a counselor for over 19 years and have found that often, as individuals reflect on the journey of their lives, it seems as if the story they are living, is not the story they had hoped to find themselves in. Heartache from the past, and even anxiety promoted by an uncertain future can serve to distort one's view of oneself and the unfolding story.
