I can offer help as a result of my own parenting experiences, as well as based on training, statistics, and "best practices." I understand that every parenting style is different and do my best to respect your choices as a parent, as well as to provide a variety of parenting skills to meet you where you're at in your parenting journey. But I also understand that it's not just about parenting kids, it is about you: the parent, the person, the one who has to shoulder their own needs, desires, and burdens (as well as spouses and/or their kids!).
