Does it feel like you’re constantly exhausted, no matter how much you rest? Burnout can leave you feeling overwhelmed, detached, and like you’re just going through the motions. When stress piles up and there’s no room for self-care, it’s easy to lose sight of your needs and sense of purpose.
I help people experiencing burnout take back control of their lives. Together, we’ll explore the stressors and patterns that are leading to burnout and develop strategies to manage them. Whether it’s learning how to say no, finding better work-life balance, or simply rediscovering what makes you feel alive, we’ll work at your pace to rebuild your energy and sense of fulfillment.
You don’t have to stay stuck in a cycle of exhaustion. Let’s work together to help you feel more grounded, refreshed, and ready to take on life again.
Licensed Professional Counselor, --------------Addiction Therapy---www.harpprofessionalconsulting.com
My therapy practice is based on a person-centered and solution-focused treatment approach utilizing techniques learned and practiced from ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy), as well as other treatment modalities requiring specifically focused therapy such as Christian Counseling.
I am a fully licensed psychologist who specializes in working with depression, anxiety, self esteem and divorce recovery. I provide individual outpatient therapy.
I specialize in EMDR therapy to help individuals heal from trauma and narcissistic abuse, and to return to a place of self-love and emotional balance. Experiences of childhood physical, emotional or sexual abuse can remain stuck in the body, as can instances of narcissistic abuse. These have the potential to contribute to symptoms of depression, anxiety, and hypervigilance as well as problems successfully navigating relationships and managing daily living. I utilize EMDR therapy to change the way these negative memories are stored in the brain, and help you achieve a place of resolution and peace. As a neuropsychologist, I can help you condition your thoughts and rewire your brain for happiness and success.
I counsel individuals, couples and families that are experiencing complex relational problems, childhood/adult trauma & those dealing with addictions or codependent behaviors. I assist by utilizing Trauma-Informed Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, Person Centered Approach & Christ-Centered Therapy as well as utilizing Motivational Interviewing tools.
I am a therapist that specializes in the treatment of depression, anxiety, low self esteem, grief and loss, and a variety of inner conflicts that diminish the joy of living. I will focus on establishing goals for your personal needs, healthy coping skills and develop positive growth utilizing confidentiality, trust and a non-judgmental atmosphere.
I have a holistic approach to counseling, evaluating the whole person from both their inner and outer characteristics. I believe both clinical and the spiritual dynamics of therapy go hand in hand. I will provide effective therapy to each client according to your uniqueness and need.
I appreciate that you are seeking support for yourself or a loved one. As part of this process, important decisions are probably being made by you or on your behalf. I offer psychological and neuropsychological assessments to ensure that these decisions are informed and based on your (or your child’s) unique strengths and needs. I also provide individual therapy to adults struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, and relationship issues.
You are here because you really feel the mental and physical exhaustion from all the things you manage day to day. You want to take on the world each day, yet constantly feel like you dropped the ball and let others down.
In life, we often face overwhelming challenges that can impact our ability to find joy. As a counselor, I aim to simplify the counseling journey, recognizing it as a path of self-discovery that may be difficult at times. Together, we'll navigate through tough conversations and work toward healing and growth. My goal is to support you every step of the way.
