I am a calm, compassionate therapist. Over the past 12 years I have developed an understanding that being a therapist means much more than providing clients with the newest therapeutic approach. Therapy is the art of combining the intricate knowledge of a mental health diagnosis with the ability to guide clients toward a better understanding of themselves and their relationships. As a therapist my goal is to encourage clients to let go of what isn't working and adopt new skills that can improve the clients overall quality of life.
