At CSP our therapists help our patients recognize symptoms and patterns of OCD. We implemented ERP (Exposure with Response Prevention) as our main approach for treating OCD.
We have worked with many clients with forms of OCD. No two instances of OCD are identical, but there is always a solution. We do not prescribe any medications, but we can refer you to and coordinate with a psychiatrist, when appropriate, if it is determined that medication may be a part of your successful treatment plan.
