Change is something that is easier said than done. We all get to various points in our lives when we must make that change in order to evolve from the feelings and/or situations that we need to transition from. I am an educator, a therapist, and a certified Parent Coach with a specialization in children and families. I have over 20 years of experience working in a variety of settings with a diverse mix of needs which include, speaking fluent teen lol (adolescent therapy), parenting skills, helping separated couples co-parent, family systems, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and defiant behaviors. We all have challenges that we need to get through. My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, open, and honest. I believe that the best work is done in a trusting and nurturing relationship.
