As a psychologist specializing in eating disorders, my treatment approach is comprehensive and compassionate, focusing on addressing the complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral aspects of these disorders. I utilize evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family-based treatment (FBT) to help individuals develop a healthier relationship with food, body image, and self-esteem. Through individual and group therapy sessions, I assist clients in identifying and challenging disordered thoughts and behaviors, while also addressing underlying emotional issues and past traumas that may contribute to the development of an eating disorder. Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and dietitians, I aim to provide comprehensive care and support tailored to each individual's needs. My goal is to empower clients to overcome their eating disorders, restore their physical and emotional well-being, and cultivate a fulfilling life beyond the confines of their illness.
