Perhaps you are unfamiliar with many or some of these concepts and are trying to make sense of your experiences or wondering why you keep burning out. Perhaps you have a solid understanding of Autism but are frustrated by other aspects of life, such as anxiety, the need to mask, or the relenting demands of daily life in a world designed for non-autistic brains.
