I'm a therapist in Toronto and I believe that each individual is the expert in themselves, and as such, they enter into a relationship with the therapist to move forward toward wholeness. I also believe that most of what we experience is temporary as we look at the extent of our lives. I caution individuals not to make permanent decisions based on a temporary situation. Therapy is the process of understanding what has derailed the individual and actively move them back to a place of equilibrium.
After 25 years of practice, I bring knowledge, insight and numerous skills to my work with clients. Whether I'm treating trauma, or helping clients apply the insights offered by Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, or utilizing the concepts of resilience to their experience, I am a fairly creative and utilize the client's creativity to help move them forward.
