As an HR Professional with over 20 years in the corporate world, my passion has always been about empowering people and working as a team. As a consultant, mentor, coach and now a therapist, my gift is helping you see the authenticity of your own strengths and superpowers. I truly believe that each person has the inner wisdom to embark on a path of self-care, balance and harmony but sometimes we may get stuck and need help along the way. I believe my role is to support you in uncovering the layers of unconscious, old-patterned beliefs that may have temporarily clouded your ability to live your best life. Together, we can co-create a space that allows you to feel safe enough to be radically honest in order to make incremental steps forward for lasting change.
