I am a Registered Psychotherapist serving individuals, couples, and families in Ontario. Since starting my practice here in Ontario, I have been given the privilege of helping clients overcome their relationship struggles and move forward with their lives. I work collaboratively to set goals with clients, helping them resolve personal problems, conflict in the family, and more. My services are available in two languages: English and Russian. Apart from locals, I also serve immigrants from Eastern and Central Europe, Russia, and other countries. I am trauma and attachment therapist working with clients who have experienced childhood-developmental trauma, relational trauma, intimate partner abuse, bullying, or PTSD. Clients that arrive with multiple presentations or have experience traumatic events tend to struggle with on-going states of anxiety and depression, relationship issues, become labelled as bipolar and experience borderline personality disorder. My purpose is to help clients to connect with their bodies, mind and brain to achieve better understanding of them-selves and build clarity, self-regulation and resilience.

I'm a passionate Psychotherapist specialized in Trauma and Sexual Assault for children, youths, adults, and families impacted by the trauma. I will safely challenge your negative thoughts and help you unblend your suffering to discover a new self energy. I provide services around anxiety, depression, interpersonal trauma (sexual abuse, physical abuse, emotional abuse, witnessing domestic violence, bullying, and acts of war), both historical and present. Additionally, grief, confidence/self-esteem, teen stress, family issues. I also provide psychoeducational support to non-offending parents/caregivers of our younger participants so that they are able to better support their children. I carry a compassionate aura and some humor in our sessions!
