I use an individualized approach through assessing your particular situation and needs, and applying therapeutic approaches that are demonstrated to be effective to help you use your strengths, address your issues, meet your goals, and make lasting changes in all areas of your life and relationships.
I also provide case consultation to other psychologists and therapists.
