When.you talk with me, you have my full attention. We'll make connections between what's happening now and what happened in your past experiences. We'll also work on feeling less shame and more safety.

You won't learn too much about me personally but you'll know a lot about who I am because the therapeutic relationship is a big part of what heals us.
