I also am aware of the common negative experiences of receiving treatment from various mental health services and how experiencing that loss of empowerment can cause frustration, and self esteem issues.
My aim is to assist you with your life difficulties in dealing with schizophrenia related diagnoses to restore balance, happiness and inner peace with various techniques of 'talk therapy' and somatic (mind/body) healing methods, along with offering practical strategies that may be useful where suitable and desired by you.
