I am a compassionate, caring, patient person who has always had an interest in people. That’s why I started my career early on as a trainer. I transitioned into counselling because I really enjoy talking with people about relationships, life issues, a knack for listening, helping identify blocks that’s keeping them from their best self and removing those challenges.
My practice reflects my unique people skills and insights with an emphasis on evidence-based treatments for youths and adults with relationship-related concerns, domestic abuse, anxiety, depression, anger issues, grief & loss, etc. Over the years I have been privileged to work with clients from diverse culture, ethnicity, gender orientations between 18 to 70 years in age. The most rewarding aspect is clients realising that the resources required to overcome their issues is within them, becoming whom they want to be and empowered to embrace themselves.

My clients experience a safe, confidential space to share their story and talk about whatever is on their mind, at their pace . I believe that building a therapeutic relationship based on trust, non-judgement and empathy is foremost.
