I am passionate about helping people because of my own story of going through hell and back. Over the past 5 years, I have gone from not believing mental health was a thing, to severe burnout due to workplace bullying, then a car accident, to educating myself on mental health to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I now see it as my duty to give back, to help others going through what life throws at them. Because, I swear to you, things can get better. I sincerely believe that we all need counselling at some point (or several points) in our lives. I am here to tell you that you are not alone. I will hold you hand while you are working through whatever is causing you to struggle, and to uncover all these strengths within you that you may not even know you have.
