Anger outbursts have an impact in our health and also in our relationships. I treat anger as a defensive response to moments when we feel vulnerable, not accepted, not important to others. I work on figuring out what about that anger (it has worked for something... it is now getting in the way)

Rage can feel like it "overtakes" us. This is because often the fight-or-flight response based on our past kicks in, and we find ourselves "out of control." Fortunately, we have new techniques to both manage anger and heal the sores that can get bumped and kick us into rage.
Work here is around recognizing when you’re angry and develop coping skills and strategies so you can deal with these feelings in a way that’s healthy and sustainable for you. Focus here will be around root causes, improving communication skills and learning relaxation or coping skills.
