Forgiveness is a tricky beast. I have worked with many people who are working through their trauma and trying their best to forgive those that have wronged them. It's not easy, and it's not always necessary, and I will never shame you for struggling to forgive people who've harmed you or push you to forgive them before you're ready. Forgiveness takes time and work, and sometimes it may not always be possible, and that's okay.
