My personal spiritual and religious background is Orthodox Judaism. However, I work with people from a variety of religious and spiritual backgrounds. Sometimes people can struggle with their community and being themselves. Sometimes people can struggle to find a community that fits who they are or how their family is. Sometimes people can struggle with their higher power. Regardless of what you're facing, I am here to help you find your place.

You may want to attend one of the Seasonal Retreats that I facilitate here in Albury Wodonga, participate in the Tarot or Healing Intensive, or come along or the Wild Woman Book Circle where we use a text like Women Who Run With the Wolves as a container for the exploration of spirituality. Spirituality is key to transcendence of all egoic positions as formed from trauma. The ego is illusory and false although we identify with. A spiritual focus to therapy allows one to be the "witness" of this phenomenon thereby gradually coming to an recognition that our negative thoughts and feeling is not "me". Love and forgiveness are key attitudes to healing and a spiritual focus accentuates these integral positions.
Kate believes that spirituality, like sexuality, is an important area of therapy that is not often addressed, and works with each client’s unique view.
